Holidays.

Only half kidding. But seriously, can anyone get away without it? NO. And if you tell me otherwise I might just have to shank you. (kidding, sorta). The theme of our holidays, aside from eating, was definitely low-key. My brother flew in from Vancouver on the 24th and we kept things pretty casual. This year . . .

Running Game.

This past weekend I ran my first 10km in over 2 months. I’m not going to lie, it wasn’t as easy as I remember. Perhaps the colder temperatures had something to do with it too, or at least that’s what I’m telling myself. What I do remember is the feeling I got while running. Perhaps . . .

This Week.

How about all this blogging? I’m pretty good at it hey? Oh boy…. can’t fall off the blogging bandwagon again! Onto greater things. Yesterday I woke up at 530 to make the commute from Toronto to Oshawa to meet up with my good friend Christa. We had a hot date and a workout planned at Elite . . .

Getting Crafty.

Wanna know the best part when you’re funemployed around the holidays? You can craft all.the.time. (and cook!) For those of you that know me, you will know that I am not a crafty person. Nevertheless, slowly but surely I’m becoming more crafty and domesticated each and every day. Take note: excuse these pictures. Yes, they . . .

How Could I Forget

Last night was spent with two of my favourite people in the entire world, Jess and Fabe. (Be prepared for a long spiel during this post). Jess and I are basically soul mates, and Fabe is OUR third wheel (ahem, not me. I am not the third wheel)! Just kidding.. I totally am, but that . . .

Well, That’s Depressing

So I got some bad news yesterday.. I’ve been emailing all of the  Naturopathic Medicine Schools that I am interested in, and yesterday I found out that NCNM doesn’t offer acupuncture within their curriculum. NOT COOL, sooo depressing I was rooting for it the most!! ahh.. not happy. It’s not out of the running but from what . . .

Nothing like it!

There is absolutely nothing like a good weekend. Sure, its nice to just hang out on the couch sometimes, but a weekend filled with fam, friends, road trips, and delicious food definitely floats my boat! I arrived in Toronto around 12pm and Steph and I headed straight to the Evergreen Brickworks Farmers Market – it . . .
