Running Game.

This past weekend I ran my first 10km in over 2 months. I’m not going to lie, it wasn’t as easy as I remember. Perhaps the colder temperatures had something to do with it too, or at least that’s what I’m telling myself. What I do remember is the feeling I got while running. Perhaps . . .

This Week.

How about all this blogging? I’m pretty good at it hey? Oh boy…. can’t fall off the blogging bandwagon again! Onto greater things. Yesterday I woke up at 530 to make the commute from Toronto to Oshawa to meet up with my good friend Christa. We had a hot date and a workout planned at Elite . . .

Getting Crafty.

Wanna know the best part when you’re funemployed around the holidays? You can craft all.the.time. (and cook!) For those of you that know me, you will know that I am not a crafty person. Nevertheless, slowly but surely I’m becoming more crafty and domesticated each and every day. Take note: excuse these pictures. Yes, they . . .

Lately.

Hello From Toronto! I made it safe and sound. Not gonna lie, it feels a little weird being here but I am sure that will go away. A little recap for you today. I had the greatest time in Vancouver. I nearly lost my mind seeing all of my friends and work family. SO happy . . .

Authentically You.

I found this post in my drafts. I wrote this 6 months ago… I like it. Hope you do too. ********** I don’t really like to call myself a hypocrite, but sometimes I feel like we all may fall in that category. One of the greatest things that someone has said to me this year . . .

This Week.

This week is going to be a WILD one. Let me give you a timeline to put it into perspective Wednesday, December 3: Drive from Nelson to Vancouver (9 hrs..shoot me.) Spend a few nights in Vancouver organizing my life aka put everything into storage – yay me! #homeless Saturday, December 6th: Drive to Victoria . . .

Crunch Time.

You all know I can’t stay in Nelson forever so what’s happening these days? WAY TOO MUCH. We’re all just a little bit stressed these days and that is okay. We taking a boat load of tinctures as directed by my recently graduated naturopathic sister. I feel like a walking Chinese Medicine clinic. Absolutely exaggerated, . . .

Red Bike 2.0

I left you hanging there, didn’t I? I guess what I really meant when I said, “sit tight” is, “sit tight for 6 months.” Sorry not sorry. You know, I am finally back blogging and I am happy about that. But at the same time, it was really nice not thinking about blogging. I still . . .

Sit Tight.

So I have been having trouble posting on WP and then I decided, okay what’s happening? Turns out THIS GAL has used up most of her space and can’t post photos or videos or any exciting posts. I vented to Britt about how WP makes you pay $99 for more space… ugh, really? Anywho she told me . . .

The Aftermath.

It’s been 5 days since my marathon and I am surprisingly feeling really good. Well, better than I expected! The first two days post marathon I could hardly roll out of bed. I have never experienced that kind of soreness. What was even worse, and I have already mentioned this, is that my feet were just aching. . . .
